At the end of each year, we like to take stock of what we have done together to advance learning and capacity building in Energy Efficiency and Decarbonization. 2022 was a successful year for training, as we trained close to 3,000 professionals, re-centred our courses into 6 key categories, and renewed offering in-person courses (largely for private group training). In concert with feedback and demand from training participants and stakeholders, we also began a major blitz in course development, which will see 14 new courses added to our calendars by mid-2023. Among the courses already launched are programs in Decarbonization, SEM, Building Energy Modelling, and Energy Engagement Strategies.

In this new year, we will be focusing on continuing to develop and roll out new programs, helping participants earn valuable professional certifications and skills, and improving existing programs to offer the best training experience possible
