What is the cancellation policy?

You can modify your personal information or cancel your registration by going back to your registration confirmation email. The link to get back to your registration is included. Here is our policy:

Postponing your registration to another course:

  • At least 2 weeks prior to the course: no fees.
  • Less than 2 weeks prior to the course: $50 for 1-day courses, $150 for other courses.
  • No shows (after the beginning of the course): 15% of regular course fees, with minimum of $200.
*Note: The postponement will be made at the price paid initially. If the regular price was paid for the first course, for example, the early bird fee will not be applied for the postponement.

Canceling your registration:

  • At least 2 weeks prior to the course: no fees.*
  • Less than 2 weeks prior to the course: $250 administrative fee or 20% of regular course fees (whichever is greater).
  • No shows (after the beginning of the course): $300 administrative fee or 25% of regular course fees (whichever is greater).

*Note: The no-fee cancellation policy only applies to first-time registrations and not to registrations that have been previously postponed. In these cases, the cancellation fee normally applicable to less than 2 weeks prior to the course is also applicable if cancellation is made at least 2 weeks prior to the course.
