The first of several Certified RETScreen® Expert training courses planned for federal government employees took place from the 27th of February to the 1st of March in Ottawa. Participants in this training had the opportunity to develop their skills in the analysis (portfolio, performance and financial) of all types of energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies across 3 days.
This training session is part of the Canadian government’s Greening government program, which aims to support Canada’s sustainability goals as established under the Paris Agreement on climate change and in the Pan-Canadian Framework on Clean Growth and Climate Change. This Greening Government Strategy is consistent with the United Nation’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Federal Sustainable Development Strategy.
