You can modify your personal information or cancel your registration by going back to your registration confirmation email where a link is included to access your registration.
Postponing your registration for another course is considered a course cancellation followed by a new registration. Therefore, the same terms apply to postponements and cancellations.
Our cancellation policy goes as follow:
*Request must be submitted within 90 days of the end of your initial exam window. (Updated May 20th, 2026)
