Modifying or cancelling your registration

Can I postpone my participation to another session?

If you cannot attend the training for which you have registered, it is possible to send someone in your stead without incurring extra costs. Please inform us at support@cietcanada.com as soon as possible.

Postponing your registration to another course is considered a course cancellation followed by a new registration. Therefore, the same terms apply to postponements and cancellations.

Cancelling your registration for a course or course with an exam:

  • At least 2 weeks prior to the course: No fees*
  • Less than 2 weeks prior to the course: 25% of regular course fees
  • No shows (notification received by CIET after the beginning of the course): 50% of regular course fees
  • Postponement of the exam only (course taken on the original dates but exam postponed to a later date): $150 administrative fee

If you are having difficulties cancelling, contact us at support@cietcanada.com.

Send us your question

Send us an email and we will respond as soon as possible.

This is to inform you that the course date is too close to be able to ship hard copies of the material to you on time. If you are willing to use the material in secured PDF, receive the material later (likely after the course) and pay upon registration, please click OK to continue the registration process. Please note that the shipping process will start only when the course fees are paid in full and delays are to be expected. Many thanks!
