AEE’s World Energy Engineering Congress 2018 is coming up in Charlotte, North Carolina October 17-19. This 3-day event has a broad range of activities, including conference, seminars, expo and workshops.
CIET Executive Director, Mathieu Côte, will be chairing a highly anticipated conference session, Clear the Ice: Winning the Fight Against Climate Change - Canadian Style on October 18 from 2:30-4:30 on Conference Track N. Throughout the Conference, Track N will feature many interesting speakers focusing on Energy Management Around the Globe.
As an added benefit to attending WEEC this year, you have the opportunity to become a Certified RETScreen® Expert! CIET will be running its valuable CRE course from October 15-17, giving you the opportunity to attend training and WEEC all in the same week.
Plus, this year we're making it even easier to attend WEEC. The regular fee for this event is $995.00 USD, but CIET is giving away a WEEC Conference Sessions Pass*, and ten reduced rate passes.

1. One (1) Grand Prize winner and ten (10) secondary prize winners will be selected at random on or around Monday, October 1, 2018 at 1:00pm EST. Winners will be contacted by CIET and have 48 hours to claim their prize.
2. *One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) WEEC 2018 Conference Sessions Pass. This pass includes admission to the multi-track Conference Sessions, admission to the Expo Floor, access to proceedings. Note: lunches, banquet and Legends not included. Valued at $995.00 USD. This pass cannot be applied towards any seminars, which are separate fee functions. May not be applied towards prior registrations and may not be refunded.
3. Ten (10) Secondary Prizes: 10 entrants will be selected to receive one (1) WEEC 2018 VIP Reduced Conference Rate Voucher. Voucher for a rate of $795.00 USD ($200 savings). This pass includes admission to the multi-track Conference Sessions, admission to the Expo Floor, access to proceedings, Exhibit Hall Luncheons: October 17th and 18th, AEE Awards Banquet, and Keynote Luncheon. This pass cannot be applied towards any seminars, which are separate fee functions. May not be applied towards prior registrations and may not be refunded.
4. Prize includes the Conference Sessions pass or reduce rate voucher only. Winners are responsible for their own travel and accommodations.
