Controlling heat and trying to minimize energy consumption in an industrial process can be challenging, whether it involves releasing heat or supplying cold streams that require heat. To help you navigate these issues, CIET has created this two-day course whereby trainees are introduced to tools that help control heat as well as ensure that process energy performance targets are met.
This course is designed to enable trainees to comprehensively understand heat transfer optimization and energy efficiency in industrial operations. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical applications, trainees learn how to effectively integrate heat transfer systems within industrial processes to minimize energy consumption, maximize efficiency, and reduce environmental impacts. They also discuss how heat use can be previewed and monitored by using a process integration software tool.
