Energy efficiency training experience specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION
Founded in 1996, the Canadian Institute for Energy Training offers a vast array of sustainable energy training programs in Canada and throughout the world. It specializes in providing high-level training programs and certifications in energy management and energy efficiency. CIET has proudly been a leader for 25 years.
As a key role in this training organization, the Energy efficiency training experience specialist is tasked with providing the best possible services to all involved actors to ensure an excellent training experience.
MAIN DUTIES
- Having an excellent overall grasp of CIET training programs, be capable of answering all non-technical information requests from clients;
- Rapidly and adequately respond to calls and emails from clients that have questions about CIET training programs, the registration process, payment methods, admissibility criteria, etc.;
- Welcome and inform participants during their training, in person or virtually;
- Have excellent interpersonal skills to offer courteous service at all times;
- Assist participants in the registration process and follow up with them if necessary;
- Participate in updating certain administrative documents with the administrative assistant (notably in relation to registrations);
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Affable and appreciative of human interaction;
- Excellent organizational and planning work skills;
- Proven ability to manage priorities;
- Clearly and carefully communicate in both spoken and written French and English;
- Communicative good mood;
- Serious concern for customer satisfaction;
- Ability to rapidly make proper decisions;
- Comfortable working in a loosely structured environment for a small organization.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- Three years of experience in customer service;
- Experience in similar positions and environments (training organizations) is a major asset.
