CIET participated in the first edition of the Energy Disruptors conference organized in Calgary on May 15-16. The conference was an international-quality event, with notable international speakers including Sir Richard Branson.
Throughout the 2-day conference, more than 1,500 attendees listened and interacted with speakers ranging from Canadian oil and gas CEOs to philosophers, passing by a range of inspiring leaders in energy.
Facilitated by the impressive Holly Ransom, the event was a great opportunity to see and reflect on all angles energy can be looked at or disrupted from, so that we reach those ambitious GHG reduction and energy transition targets. To get there, we all need a bit of Branson’s favorite quote: “Screw It, Let's Do It”!
