The government of Canada offers the Canada Job Grant to help employers train new or existing employees for the jobs that need to be filled in the country.

"Having the right skills helps employees excel and succeed in today's face-paced labour market" - Government of Canada

Energy efficiency is a growing workforce in Canada, with more and more focus being put on the efficiency and sustainability of company and building operations. As the number of jobs increase and technology evolves, it's important for Canadians to be well-versed in the latest strategies and techniques in energy efficiency and sustainability. CIET training is intended to bring value to organisations, employers and trainees, providing a wide range of benefits to those companies who support their employees in completing certification programs. The Canada Job Grant is available for CIET training in all provinces and territories (incentives may vary by province).

How To Use The Canada Job Grant

1.  Find the course you want to take (or would like to suggest to your team).

2.  Contact your local Canada Job Grant office (see list below by province)

3.  Confirm the amount you're eligible for.
