Alexandre Rousseau is a licensed professional engineer in the province of Quebec, Canada, and a partner at a private consulting firm specializing in the industrial and energy sectors. Mr. Rousseau has over twelve years of experience focused on energy and decarbonization excellence. His consulting work in the energy field has led him to collaborate with a wide range of industries, including mining, aluminum smelting, steel manufacturing, petrochemicals, cement, pharmaceuticals, wood treatment, pulp and paper, both off-grid and on-grid cogeneration power plants, district heating and cooling plants, hydroelectric dams, data centers, high-rise buildings, and various manufacturing facilities.
Clint is currently a consultant and instructor providing optimization services for industrial, commercial and institutional customers. He previously served as Senior Buildings Engineer for Pacific Northwest National Laboratories, Senior Energy Engineer with NORESCO, Inc., and the Director of Advanced Solutions for Johnson Controls, Inc. Clint served as the Director of Oklahoma State University's Industrial Assessment Center while pursuing a Ph.D. His broad experience in energy management has included the conducting of over 150 industrial, commercial, and institutional energy surveys over 20 years. He has published widely in the energy field, and made numerous presentations at national and international conferences.
Jeffrey Underhill is a professional engineer specializing in energy efficiency and training. As a Technical Energy Advisor at NB Power, he leads the Peak Rebate Program, collaborates with industrial clients to identify energy-saving strategies, and delivers training sessions to build capacity among energy professionals.
Jeffrey is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Energy Auditor (CEA), Certified Industrial Energy Professional (CIEP), and Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP). He also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt and completed an MBA in Innovation Leadership.
With a background in manufacturing, Jeffrey has driven process improvements, supervised teams, and trained workforces to enhance operational efficiency. A former President of the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of New Brunswick, he is committed to advancing sustainable energy practices and fostering professional growth.«
