Marie-Claude Hamelin has more than 10 years of experience in energy efficiency, particularly in the design and evaluation of energy efficiency programs. She has worked with most of the energy distributors and energy efficiency agencies in Canada to maximize the savings generated by the programs and to ensure the rigor of the savings calculation methods. Marie-Claude is particularly recognized for her expertise in measurement and verification and in statistical analyzes of energy consumption data. She has managed and conducted evaluations for multiple types of programs in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors and has particular expertise in strategic energy management programs.
Marie-Claude is an engineer and holds a master's degree in building engineering from Concordia University and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Sherbrooke. It is also CEM and CMVP certified. As a senior consultant at Econoler, she is responsible for program impact assessment and training for the entire National group.
