In collaboration with the Compressed Air Challenge, CIET is proud to offer the Compressed Air Fundamentals course. Often, industrial users are unaware of the air flows in their facilities, do not track the costs related to air, and do not regularly monitor their systems outside of addressing maintenance issues. The aim of this training is to help raise awareness about the challenges and solutions related to compressed air.
During this one-day course, you will learn how to calculate and reduce the costs of compressed air in your facility and how to better control compressed air for optimum reliability and productivity. You will use data from your own facility and complete hands-on exercises with a specific emphasis on bottom-line results. Furthermore, you will learn how to focus on getting results in your own plant/facility.
In attending this training, participants can expect to gain a greater perspective on the costs associated with compressed air since the course serves as a catalyst for identifying and generating savings. On this point, in a recent survey conducted by the Department of Energy in the United States, the program demonstrated an impressive 80:1 cost-to-savings ratio among those facilities that had taken action and measured energy savings.
Upon completion of this course, you will:
CIET Virtual Real-Time Classroom training
This training will be offered virtually through GoToTraining. Upon enrollment, you will receive the login and participant materials you will need to connect seamlessly and enjoy a great training experience.
